Ah- Cian, I loved him! I like Nora, especially the Circle and the Key series. I think I actually liked the Key books better though.

One paranormal book series that I loved, although they weren't romance, were the Diana Tregarde books by Mercedes Lackey. There were only three of them, but they influenced me a lot. When I was a teen ager, I wanted to be Diana Tregarde.

Hi Karil,

A long time before I began reading romance novels, I read fantasy and a bit of sci-fi. I have to say it is nice to run into paranormal romance more often now...I noticed that you have Blood Brothers by Nora Roberts on your TBR Pile page - I actually just finished the book following that tonight (The Hollow). Unfortunately the last book in the trilogy isn't out until this December. It feels like a long time to wait as I have become enamoured with Roberts paranormal trilogies. If you haven't read The Circle Trilogy, I highly recommend it. Although I am enjoying The Sign of Seven Trilogy, I was completely enthralled with the Circle books.

As far as a favourite paranormal character...I would say so far it has been Roberts' vampire in the Circle books. Overall though, I like when authors do their research and provide a good background for their characters, working in myth and such.

Keep writing!
